If you are asking for a way to work out the benefits of what you offer you could try the "so what" technique.
State what you think is a benefit for your service, then just ask yourself, "so what". And, keep asking until you can't go any further.
Then, go back to the same benefit you just started on and ask so what again, except this time head down a different path of benefits.
After a while you should have a number of possible benefits for your service.
Another approach is to seek out some loyal customers and ask them "which are the main benefits they derive from your service?" (Note the wording of this question and what it implies).
