How to understand different types of customers and win them.
the way to understand people is to PAY ATTENTION.
When you ask a question during a sales meeting (or even on the phone for that matter) watch for their reaction while you listen to their answer.

But it's really about you noticing.
Do they talk mainly in visual terms or sounds or feelings? Does their tone change after you respond to a question ? What is most important to them ? You may like to take a look at my article on Criteria.
I have seen so many sales people just totally miss the signals being sent by the prospect. They simply not listening. DO NOT make that mistake.
Ask a question then WATCH and LISTEN.
