How to coach sales people in product specific language.
you see I don't think it's so much about product specific language as it is about prospect specific language.
Knowing your product is fine and necessary but that will only get you a small percentage of sales.
Conversely, if you know what your prospect wants and focus on that you'll make more sales.
And, you'll make even more sales if you learn about how your prospect makes decisions and views the world because then you can formulate what you say in language that is music to their ears. That's when you'll optimize your sales results.
