No "yes...but"s

if I can't use "yes ...but" what do I use ?

Hi Sary,

instead of "yes...but" you use "The Agreement Frame".

There is more detail in my book on overcoming sales objections and I'll give a simple example to help you out.

Prospect says, "Your X is too expensive"

DO NOT say, "yes..but it's the best ..."

Say instead,
"I APPRECIATE our product is not the cheapest on the market AND I WAS WONDERING how you were deciding it was too expensive ?"

The important part is "I appreciate ....and ...I was wondering"
