Sales Communication
How to communicated with my costumers better close more sales
Answer YOU are absolutely correct. If you communicate with your customers better you will make more sales.
How?
Treat them like a person. Be interested in them and their problems. Listen. Listen harder, not just what they say but how they say it. That will reveal to you how they think. Respond to them using their language and logic talking about things that are interesting to them.
Do these things and your sales will soar.
Hope this helps, Greg
