Big Hints to Sell More

I am assistant manager at an instant oil change. We have amounts we have to meet each day for selling premium services and extra services.

What is the one biggest hint you can give me to sell more?

biggest hint to sell more ?? Hummm ?

Don't try to sell !!

Be interested in helping people.
If you are interested you'll listen to them, you'll engage them and get them to speak and you'll be curious about them which will get you to ask more questions.

If you can really know them and understand their wants and needs you just help em get what they want rather than try to sell them what you want.

I love two quotes from Zig Ziglar:
"They won't care what you know until they know that you care"
and
"You can have everything you want if you just help enough other people get what they want"

INCREASE THE VALUE OF YOUR SERVICES

A COMPANY WILL HIRE SALES PEOPLE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BEING OFFERED TO CLIENTS.
THE VALUE OF A PRODUCT INCREASES WHEN THE CLIENT PRECIEVES THAT HE IS GETTING MORE THAN WHAT HE HAS PAID, SO WHY DONT YOU TRY TO PROVIDE A LITTLE EXTRA NO COST SERVICE. THEN YOUR CLIENTS WILL BE HAPPY TO VISIT AND RECOMMEND YOU.
