This web host (SBI) provides a newsletter/eZine distribution system as part of the package. This system sends out HTML newsletters. HTML, means it's coloured and pretty like a web page. This system is so smart it senses if you have not set up your email to receive HTML and sends you a text (normal) email. Trouble is, it's not smart enough to format those emails correctly.
