Salesforce Structure

WHAT ARE THE STRUCTURES I CAN PUT IN PLACE AS A LIFE INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER TO RECRUIT,RETAIN A 200 STRONG SALESFORCE AND DRIVE THEM TO OPTIMAL PRODUCTIVITY?
THANK YOU
Answer I cannot quote better than from an acquaintance of mine Patrick Merlvede of jobEQ whose mantra is "Hire for Attitude, Train for Competence, Coach to Evolve, Manage to Retain"
Use Patrick's iWAM tool to hire people with the right make-up for the job.
Train your people in how to do the job. Keep that going by an ongoing internal or outsourced external coaching program.
Manage to retain their services by helping them to grow as a business person and to achieve their own personal goals. Hold them accountable to what they want to accomplish. Highlight to them how they contribute, celebrate their achievements to help them manifest their magnificence. (Boy, I got on my high horse there didn't I?)
If you are interested in a sales coach I may be opening my doors again early in 2010. Sales Coaching
Hope this gave you some ideas, Greg
