Wow, three question in one.
Sell yourself ? Build rapport with them and maintain your own integrity i.e. be true to yourself. Keep you word (that often means understating, e.g. we can deliver it in 3 days, when you know you can get it to them in 2 days.)

Sales achievement ??? Not sure how you want me to answer this?

Reports. Set aside the time and do them. Sales managers do not want a novel, they want the facts. Keep it short, better for them and for you. If you are a slow writer buy "Dragon, Naturally Speaking" software, version 10 is brilliant !
