Hi Enoch,
wow, good question.

Part of it is honesty.

Ultimately, for your prospect to buy they must FEEL good about buying and likelwise if they feel good about having bought from you they are much more likely to buy again.

So, the question becomes "how do you make people feel good about buying from you"

That involves:
honesty in what you present
taking the time to understand your prospect
helping your prospect clarify their wants/needs
making it easy for them to buy
building a relationship.
