Poor Sales Service and Credibility

How to protect my credibility with tha account if my compant having a very poor level of service

Answer
Hi Saeed,
that's a real problem, I don't know how big because you haven't given details about the poor service.

All you can do is be honest with your clients & prospects and document everything thing you do for them. Then they can at least see you do what you say.

Then you need to be working with your company to improve their service (if that is possible).

If your company's service is really that bad and in not likely to change you need to be looking for another sales job.
