the way to get more clients and more referrals is to be a resource to your industry in general and to your clients in particular AND over-deliver.
I was at a presentation last night by Dr John Demartini and one of the things he presented was his system for selling. I was please the outline of his system was very much what I do because I know he has influenced millions of people all over the world.
One of the things he talked about was referrals. He said having done a great job for someone it is easy to review that with them and ask if they know of anyone else who could benefit form the same service. BUT the great job has to come first.
